After years of controversy among researchers, the results determined that persistent depression causes brain damage, and not the other way around.
So, first of all whosoever is going through depression, anxiety
or panic attacks. Stand up go straightaway to the person whom you trust the
most and give them a cwtch, cause our society is full of snollygoster,
malicious minds their schadenfreude.
One
need to understand that there is a difference between the symptoms of teen and
an adult, depression can occur at any time in life.
Issues
such as peer pressure, academic expectations, changing bodies, criticism and
many more, they can bring a lot of ups and downs for teens but for some teens, the lows are more than just temporary
feelings.
Teen depression signs and
symptoms include a change from the teenager's previous attitude and behaviour
that can cause significant distress and problems at school or home, in social
activities, or in other areas of life. Depression symptoms can vary in severity,

WHAT’S NORMAL AND WHAT’S NOT
According to me everything that I mentioned above nothing is
normal, we just try to be normal and we actually succeed, we don’t like sharing
our issues, at times we even don’t know what’s happening with us. So, we aren’t
able to convey it to our loved ones.
Much to our surprise many parents don’t even notice all these
changes and they think we are being rude, we are refusing to listen to them and
then the world’s famous dialogue comes up: “THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE GOING SCHOOL
FOR, THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE STUDYING”
And there are some
parents out there who’ll get to know about it and rather than resolving the
problem themselves they refer to a doctor, psychologist, a therapist who don’t know
a single thing about your child.
I mean what’s the need of all this going to a doctor and all
Why to ignore all these things when your child is constantly
behaving like this.
Forget about what happened earlier, you have plenty of time to
spend with your children, talk to them, have a conversation/interaction
regarding what all is ongoing in the world, what are their hobbies, what do
they like, is there something that they are tensed about rather than shouting
on them.
Every parent should be a good listener, you shouldn’t always teach
your children what to do and what not, sometimes its good to sit with them and
have interaction on what they feel regarding that particular matter.
Its ok to be strict but not so much that your child
builds up a wall cause if they did it, it is going to ruin your beautiful
relationship
MOST OF US SUFFER DEPERESSION ONCE IN OUR LIFETIME, I TOO DID
OR YOU CAN SAY I’M ONGOING ON THAT PATH OF GETTING CURED, BECAUSE I’M BLESSED WITH
SOME WONDERFUL PEOPLE AROUND ME WHOM I CAN SHARE MY PROBLEMS WITH.
Not all scars are visible
Not all wounds heal
Often, we don’t see
The pain someone feels
Understand us we aren’t able to deal
